Τότε έφαγα το κανονικό δείπνο μου, συνήθως ό, τι θέλησα, μέσα σε λογική. Βασικά έφαγα αυτό που ήθελα, απλά χρησιμοποίησα έλεγχο μερίδας. Χωρίς δευτερόλεπτα, χωρίς τεράστια ποτάμια. Για το νυχτερινό σνακ και για το πρωινό, είχα ένα λεμόνι ή ένα ποτό από φρέσκα λαχανικά και φρούτα, αντί για κάτι άλλο. Αυτό λειτούργησε για μένα και λειτούργησε γρήγορα. Δεν έχω αλλάξει πραγματικά την άσκηση μου ρουτίνας ή να καταναλώσω περισσότερη ενέργεια. Απλά έστειλε ένα γεύμα για μια σαλάτα, αντικατέστησε ένα σνακ με ένα λιωμένο, και στη συνέχεια προστέθηκε ένα αποχυμωμένο ποτό στο πρωινό μου αντί για ένα μάτσο βάφλες ή αυγά.
